Delivery Policy
Following receipt of your order, the services will be provided to you in accordance with the contract conditions for the services you purchased.
The nature of the services you ordered, your prompt and accurate completion of your obligations regarding the execution of the services, and the date of your purchase may all affect how quickly the services are delivered.
Upon completion of the services, the services will be considered effectively supplied to you.
Should the contract be canceled before the delivery of services, the terms of the agreement will decide whether you are entitled to a full, partial, or no refund and how the contract may be discontinued.
Payment Policy
If clients avail of any monthly service package of StartupAdvisory.ai, they are obliged to pay the full chargeable amount before the commencement of the work.
Suppose StartupAdvisory.ai and the client agree on a fixed quote regarding any services. In that case, they are liable to pay 50% of the billable amount in advance before the commencement of the work. The remaining 50% of the payment will have to be made within 7 days of the start date of the services.
StartupAdvisory.ai shall invoice clients monthly, in advance.
If clients do not pay a monthly invoice when it is due, StartupAdvisory.ai may terminate the services immediately without prior notice.
All quotes exclude VAT and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Any extra work requested outside the agreed scope will be billed separately and must be approved in writing before work begins.
StartupAdvisory.ai may review pricing once every 12 months with at least one month's written notice.
StartupAdvisory.ai may charge interest on overdue sums at 1.5% per month, accruing daily until payment is made. Time for payment shall be of the essence of the contract.
Platform and Merchant Fees
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or similar platforms. Applicable processing fees may apply.
- Payment Processing: Third-party payment processors may charge a processing fee of approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, depending on the provider and payment method.
- Quality Control & Assurance: Platform monitoring, dispute handling, and service quality controls may be included as part of the overall service delivery model.
- Technology & Infrastructure: Fees may reflect costs associated with platform development, server hosting, software updates, data storage, and licensing required to deliver services reliably.
Refund Policy
StartupAdvisory.ai offers a full refund window within 4 days of purchase, subject to the terms of the agreement and the nature of work already delivered.
After 5 days, partial refunds may be considered based on hours worked, deliverables completed, and resources already allocated to the project.
Clients must cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
No refunds are provided for unused services, unused time, or unused credits after the applicable refund window has passed.
Approved refunds may take up to 45 days to process, depending on the payment provider and billing method used.
